Welcome to Muggin Apparel. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from Muggin Apparel. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Muggin Apparel offers apparel, accessories, and other merchandise, including products produced through third-party print-on-demand fulfillment partners.

Many of our products are made to order. Product availability, colors, sizes, materials, and other specifications may change without notice.

We make reasonable efforts to display product colors and images accurately. However, actual colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, manufacturing differences, garment materials, and printing processes.

3. Orders

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, pricing errors, product availability, or other order-processing issues.

If an order must be canceled after payment has been collected, we will issue an appropriate refund.

Customers are responsible for reviewing their order information, including product, size, color, quantity, and shipping address, before completing checkout.

Because many of our products are made to order, changes or cancellations may not be possible after an order has entered production.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in the currency indicated at checkout and may change without notice.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, discounts, and other fees will be displayed during checkout when applicable.

Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be processed.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Estimated shipping and delivery times are provided as estimates and are not guaranteed.

Muggin Apparel works with third-party production facilities and shipping carriers. Delivery may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs processing, or production delays.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.

6. Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

Returns, replacements, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Because many Muggin Apparel products are made specifically for each order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, incorrect color selection, or change of mind.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrectly fulfilled, please contact us according to the instructions in our Return & Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Muggin Apparel name, logos, original artwork, graphics, designs, photographs, product descriptions, website content, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Muggin Apparel.

These materials may not be reproduced, copied, distributed, sold, modified, or used commercially without prior written permission.

Purchase of a Muggin Apparel product does not transfer ownership or intellectual-property rights in the artwork or design appearing on that product.

8. Third-Party Services

Our store may use third-party companies and services for website hosting, payments, manufacturing, printing, fulfillment, shipping, analytics, and other business functions.

Your use of certain third-party services may also be subject to the terms and policies of those providers.

Our online store is hosted through Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services.

9. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our website or its content to engage in unlawful activity, attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the website, transmit malicious code, impersonate another person, commit fraud, or violate the intellectual-property or other legal rights of Muggin Apparel or another party.
